I'm a huge fan of these nail wraps because they do not chip (well you might have one peel a little chip away after a while of wear). However, they do require some practice (you don't want them to rest over your cuticles or it looks funny) AND I am successful with them because I first lay down a base coat of quick dry polish that evens out my grooves. Then I place the wraps. Then I paint a clear protective quick dry glossy top coat over them. They last a solid week of looking good and then your nails grow out and there may be a little wear on the tips. You could easily get away with wearing them longer than a week if you don't mind them not looking 100% perfect. This might sound like a lot of work, but with the quick dry polish, it's honestly not that much effort. Especially if you're just watching TV and letting them dry.
